the location was excellent, close to museums and shopping. the staff was cute and knowledgeable about the city. the room was spacious and well appointed. breakfast was delicious, with great options and coffee.

the hotel corridors WERE quite long and dark.

central location friendly staff quality breakfast room balcony

The hotel's location is central and quiet. A great combination. i found the front of house and bar staff friendly. breakfast food and bar cocktails were fantastic, they offered high quality. our room had a balcony. We thought that was a bonus.

i thought the corridors were a little long and dark.

central location peaceful atmosphere inspiring interior unhelpful staff slow service basic assistance

i really appreciated the great location! it was super central, within easy walking distance to major tourist sites. i also found it surprisingly peaceful. the hotel was lovely, inspiring with lots of colors and artwork.

the staff seemed unhelpful and not cute. i had to ask repeatedly for basic assistance, for example, help with my luggage. breakfast service was slow.. i waited quite a while for a latte.
